Step Flashing Repair
Step flashing runs along the sides of the chimney where it meets the roof. We repair or replace damaged step flashing to create a watertight seal.
Counter Flashing Repair
Counter flashing is embedded in the chimney mortar joints and covers the step flashing. We re-embed and seal counter flashing to prevent leaks.
Cricket / Saddle Installation
For chimneys on the downhill side of the roof, we install a cricket (saddle) to divert water around the chimney and prevent pooling.
Full Flashing Replacement
When flashing is too corroded or damaged to repair, we remove the old flashing and install new aluminum, copper, or galvanized steel flashing.
Chimney-to-Roof Seal
We seal the entire chimney-to-roof junction using professional-grade sealants and properly installed flashing for a permanent waterproof barrier.
